Rosa M. Rosas

Rosa M. Rosas joined the MacArthur Justice Center (MJC) in July of 2021 as its first Director of Human Resources. Rosa joins MJC with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources across industries and non-profit organizations, in both specialist and leadership roles. Rosa has earned PHR, SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and specializes in development and implementation of HR infrastructure.
