Nikki Torres joined the MacArthur Justice Center’s Illinois office in August 2014 as a paralegal. She began working on significant civil litigation cases, assisting attorneys with complex wrongful conviction cases involving the lengthy pre-trial process, motion practice, written discovery, depositions and trial.
In 2012, Nikki received her paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University and has been working in the legal field since 2010. She majored in Criminal Justice and Sociology at Saint Xavier University where she received her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in 2008.
