George Mills is a legal fellow in the MacArthur Justice Center’s Supreme Court & Appellate Program. As a fellow, he litigates civil rights cases in federal courts around the country, with a focus on qualified immunity appeals.

George grew up in Brunswick, Maine. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2021. There, George worked with the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project, the San Diego Public Defender, and MJC. After law school, George clerked in the District of New Jersey and in the Northern District of California.
