ST. LOUIS, Mo. — As a result of demands for justice from the MacArthur Justice Center (MJC-STL), impacted family members, and community advocates, Parole Board Member Don Ruzicka resigned today. An internal investigation by the Missouri Attorney General’s office found that Ruzicka played ‘parole bingo’ during parole hearings.  MJC-STL continues to call on Governor Eric Greitens to take immediate action to meaningfully reform the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole.
