Areas of Focus
Damilola Arowolaju is a secondee in the MacArthur Justice Center’s Supreme Court and Appellate Program. His work focuses primarily on Fourth Amendment search and seizure, along with qualified immunity cases. He is on a secondment from O’Melveny.
Prior to joining the MacArthur Justice Center, Damilola worked as Policy Fellow in the Office of House Majority Whip James Clyburn and a Legislative Analyst for D.C. Council’s Committee on Business and Economic Development. In law school he served as president of the Student Bar Association, a fellow in the Criminal Law and Policy Initiative, and a staff editor on the Public Contract Law Journal.
He received his B.S. in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University and J.D. with Honors from The George Washington University Law School.
